Miyagami is looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our Development team in Amsterdam. This is a full-time role with an on-site/hybrid setup, offering the flexibility of remote work while benefiting from in-person collaboration. Applications are open until the 30th of March.

The role

As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll be responsible for writing well-structured, maintainable code across multiple projects. You’ll work closely with our multidisciplinary team, ensuring that our software is not only technically sound but also aligns with business needs. Code reviews, collaboration, and a commitment to best practices are at the core of how we work. We’re a team of developers, designers, and strategists focused on building scalable, high-quality digital products. Responsibilities and duties

Your day-to-day responsibilities will look like this:

  • __Development:__ Design and implement clean, efficient, and well-documented code across various projects.
  • __Collaboration:__ Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
  • __Code Review:__ Participate in code reviews to uphold high-quality standards and share knowledge.
  • __Optimization:__ Enhance software performance, accessibility, and scalability.
  • __Documentation:__ Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ongoing and future reference.

Requirements

  • __Experience:__ Minimum of 3 years in commercial software development.
  • __Technical Skills:__
  • - Proficiency in JavaScript, particularly Next.js and TypeScript.
  • - Experience with Node.js and Tailwind CSS.
  • - Knowledge of PostgreSQL databases.
  • - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
  • __Additional Skills:__ Experience with Cursor, V0, Supabase, or ShadCN is a plus but not required.
  • __Language:__ Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • __Location:__ Must be based in the Netherlands; this position is not fully remote.
