The role

As a Product Manager at Miyagami, your primary role will be to ensure that the products we deliver to our clients meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will work closely with the project manager, design, and development teams to dive deep into the details of each project, safeguarding the product scope and ensuring that every product is crafted to perfection. Your role will involve coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, helping with QA and testing, and making sure the final product aligns with our client's vision and goals. Responsibilities and duties

Your day-to-day responsibilities will look like this:

  • Collaborate closely with the project manager and cross-functional teams to understand project goals, client needs, and product requirements.
  • Focus on the details; protect the product scope by ensuring that design and technical requirements are met throughout the development process.
  • Participate actively in QA and testing processes to ensure that products are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple product development projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with client expectations and timelines.
  • Facilitate communication between design, development, and QA teams, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and that the product vision is clear.
  • Monitor and review the progress of each project, identifying potential issues or scope creep and addressing them proactively.
  • Ensure that all product documentation, including specifications, test cases, and user stories, are up-to-date and accessible to the team.
  • Provide detailed feedback and suggestions to the development team based on testing outcomes and client feedback.
  • - Support the project manager in client communication, providing insights and updates on product development stages.

Requirements

  • University degree (minimum equivalent to a Bachelor's) preferably in Information Technology, Design, or a related discipline.
  • At least two years of relevant work experience in product management, digital product development, or a similar role, preferably at a digital or software agency.
  • Proficient in both Dutch and English.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and technical development processes.
  • Experience with QA and testing methodologies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage and protect the scope of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Experience with creating and maintaining product documentation, including specifications, user stories, and test cases.
