The role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Lead to lead our operational, HR, marketing, and sales functions as we scale our business. This role will be crucial to ensuring our organization has the operational foundation it needs to grow effectively, managing day-to-day activities while leading strategic initiatives across HR, marketing, and sales.

Responsibilities and duties

Your day-to-day responsibilities will look like this:

  • Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement operational processes to support our growth. Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and process optimization.
  • HR Management: Build, lead, and support HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, retention strategies, and employee development programs. Foster an inclusive and productive culture that aligns with company values.
  • Scaling the Organization: Drive the scaling of our organization, focusing on efficient use of resources and infrastructure as we expand.
  • Sales and Marketing Operations: Support the marketing and sales teams by streamlining workflows, setting up lead generation processes, and ensuring consistent and strong brand messaging across all channels.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with leadership to align operations with strategic goals, building a growth mindset throughout the organization.
  • Financial Strategy and Management: Work on the financial planning aspects of scaling, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an operational leadership role in a scaling organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
  • Solid understanding of marketing and sales operations, including lead generation and market expansion strategies.
  • Ability to be both strategic and hands-on, driving projects from inception to implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in a B2B environment is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
