The role
We are now 4 years up and running and with a current team of 15+ people, we are always looking for new talent to join. As part of our team, you will collaborate with fellow designers and developers, project managers and clients across the entire design and development process to ensure the best design for diverse projects and platforms. Our office is located in Amsterdam and our team works at the office or from home.
Responsibilities and duties
Your day-to-day responsibilities will look like this:
- In this position, you will collaborate closely with our project manager, development team, and clients to understand the business and technical requirements and integrate viability and feasibility into your design decisions. You will run user research and testing on existing and new products, and map out the structure of new products through IA, user flows and content mapping. You will iterate through wireframes and different levels of fidelity to create design prototypes for web and mobile applications that fulfil our client’s vision and represent their brand. You will work closely with other designers to review and critique designs, provide/receive feedback, guide them through a project and contribute to the overall improvement of the team. Through the design and development process, you will collaborate with our developers, creating alignment with them around your designs and ensuring the quality of the end product.
- As part of the Miyagami team, you will have a say in how we work and fully participate in projects from beginning to end. This means we are looking for people willing to carry a lot of responsibility and who strive to have a direct impact in their team and constantly improve their skills.
